New virus, I need help

I have advirXP installed and I keep getting a virus
labeled TR/Dldr.lstBar.GB and I can't get rid of it.
AdVir doesn't clean it. Does anyone know how I can get
this monstrous thing off my PC? It inhibits every
program I use and is stopping my PC from accessing many,
many sites.

Try AVG at www.grosoft.com iys a free anti virus program

and works well.
 
i am led to believe there are many versions of istbar so i wouldnt type istbar in the browser and look for a removal tool, alse ul end up trying to remove istbar.xxx or something.

anyway im also infected with it, i want an other free and effective way to remove it, not including trend micro or anything that takes ages cos im always busy and in a hury on my pc, and this bugger is making internet explorer go down, and thus stopping me from sighning into msn ! realy annoying. any help highly appreciated
