new version on MS site ? beta or beta1 ?

Why today on Microsoft site there is written Microsoft
Antispyware beta, and past days beta1 ?
 
I'm not sure what you are referring to.

There is no new binary for this product. The download has been periodically
revised through the beta to incorporate the latest definitions, but the code
bits have not changed.

So--I don't know what you are seeing at the web site, but there is no change
to the product except the availability of the 5682 definition set.
