New Version Of Memorandum

I have uploaded a new version of Memorandum. This version is more
efficient with the memory as it does not use rich text boxes. This version
also has a different way of handling the files so hopefully this has
ironed out the bugs that caused the program to not find the datafile on
some systems.

Memorandum is a program which allows you to keep notes in one place, in an
encrypted text file. The program uses the clipper algorithm for encryption
and the encryption key (password) is user definable.

Thanks Matthew, looks like a nice little app. I don't see how to
"minimize" the window to the tray though. Also, being able to re-size the
window would be handy. The program is simple and clean. I like that :)
