HELP..I've just purchased a new HP computer and can't
seem to figure out how to type a document in Microsoft
Word 2003. I get to the opened new document, but the
cursor just keeps blinking but I cannot type anything.
Can someone direct me to this "new" process? Any help
would be very much appreciated. Thank You

I don't have the answer for you but someone here may well have. If not, take
a look at 'microsoft.public.word.newusers' newsgroup where you will find
specialist advice for WORD related needs.

Are you sure the keyboard is working?
