New User to Windows Mail

Hi
I'm a new user to Windows Mail (vista) I have just had Virgin Media
Broadband installed and have set up my email account - but still can't
recieved emails - I have tried to send from work and they keep boucing back
and also family members emails are bouncing back to them too.

Any Ideas!?!?!?!?!?!

If other peoples emails are bouncing back to them, it sounds like you
may have given them an incorrect email address.
Are you sure of your email address?
Are your server settings correct in the account settings?

Check with whoever supplies the account on how to set it up.
If they don't have instructions for Windows Mail use the instructions for
Outlook Express.
