Hi

We are testing out Outlook+BCM and I have a question. Is it possible to
have any degree of control what linked email is available among staff?
We have one user whose mail shouldn't be visible to the others using the
BCM.

Thank you
Dominic

Yes. That user should turn off automatic email linking. Then, so long
as they don't manually link one of their emails to a Business Contact
or Account, BCM will ignore their emails.

Thank you Luther I will do that.

If there are mails which have been linked already can I remove them in
some way?

Hmm, I've never done that.

If the emails show up in a Contact's history, you can try deleting
them from the history grid. I'm not sure, if BCM allows you to delete
the history item, if BCM'll delete the actual email or just the link.
Experiment. "Deleting" means moving the emails to the Deleted Items
folder, not physically erasing them. Another option would be to try
deleting the items from the BCM Communications History folder.

I hosed my PC with BCM on it this morning and haven't got it running
again yet, so I can't try these things out.
