New User, please help

I keep getting the following message when I open emails, can someone please
help?

The host 'pop3.sky.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have
entered the server name correctly.
Account: 'pop3.sky.com', Server: 'pop3.sky.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I believe your server should actually be pop.sky.com not pop3.sky.com.

Change it as follows...

Tools > Accounts > you email > Properties > Servers >
change Incoming Mail (POP3 to read > pop.sky.com

While you are there check the SMTP server is > smtp.sky.com

Then click "apply"
