New User- How to start using Microsoft Access

I'm a new user and would like to use mic-access prog for my office purpose.
This report will be named as Exception report,
the basis concept of this report is that how many exceptions we are
processing or keeping it pending to process.
basically the heads which i have in my mind are
1 S.No
2Trx date
3 trx type etc ets .
there are multiple users who will update info in this system & one who is
the admin user should be able to cross check this info on daily / weekly/
monthly & YTD basis & also should be able to print them.
there are different heads but same format will be used to update data- like
e.g I have mentioned above- if i want to work in FILE "A" first i should put
my user id & then system will allow me to update / ammend / print that report
but in FILE "A" the user have to update 1,2,3 & so on in that perticular
file- & similarly in FILE "B" etc.
will be waiting for reply. would like to know that someone will be online to
assist or u will send email.

I don't think you understand the concept of the News Groups. You should be
asking specific questions, not asking for someone to be your contract
programmer.

Based on your posting I would suggest that you perform a combination of the
following:
1) spend some time reading a good Access book
2) review some sample databases
3) hire a developer or find one who can walk you through this project
4) study your needs and create a good specification
5) come back to the various Access NGs with some specific questions
