New User Edited Form

The rookie's at it again:

Forms
Assets
Click depreciation
Now I'm in the depreciation form
If I edit the layout, adding new fields and
deleting others in DesignView, will
the "Assets" table which
is the source for all the other fields on this
form update automatically?

I'm almost home but I can't source 2 of the columns in my
report because the fields I need are now on the form but
not in the table.

Can I insert the columns in the table and link the numeric
information somehow?

Add the fields to the table first, and to any queries the form(s) are based
on, then from the field list in form design view, drag them onto the form.
Or equivalently, set the ControlSource of the field on the form to the
tabel/query field name.
