New User Creation

I am having issues with windows XP and creating new user roaming profiles.

On my 2000 machines everything worked perfect.... regarding start menu /
desktop / network printers.

now on XP, i get default XP backround, default start menu, and no network
printer installs.

Does anyone know the difference between XP and 2k profile creations? i
don't understand how on the 2k machines all network printers install and
they do not on XP.

System restore is off, GPO is set properly... i'm confused.

You should manually install appropriate printer driver on the server for
machine installed Windows XP.
Open up "printers"folder, "File"-"server properities"-"driver".
