new user creation in W2000

Hello everyone,

How do I create a new user account in Win2000 and to give
that user limited access to folders in C drive. Any help
would be appreciated.
 
Right click on My Computer and choose "Manage". Expand
the "Local Users and Groups" branch and right click
on "Users". Choose "New User". Complete the "New User"
properties page and click "Create". After you have
created all the acounts desired, close that window. You
should see the user listed in the right side window,
double-click the user name and select the "Member Of" tab
if you want to assign the user to a different group. Be
sure you understand what permissons are associated with
each group. Everyone who has access to the computer may
not need administrator rights.
