New User, Can't get old emails or address's

I just got a new computer. Got onto Windows Mail fast and easy. My old
email address and server all work. I've sent test emails and can receive
them. That's Great!!

However, I don't have my old received emails or my address book. How do I
get that?

You get them from whatever computer you were using before you got the new
one. How you do the transfer depends on what email client and what
operating system you used on the old computer.
