**New User and Mailbox Creation**

Hi All,

I have Windows 2000 environment. Using Active directory users and computers
snap-in when I increase a mailbox size limit for a user, it takes more than
30 minutes. Surprisingly some times it takes even longer.
Is there a way to minimize the time or force mailbox limit change immediately?

"Exchange 2000 and Exchange 2003 mailbox size limits are not enforced in
a reasonable period of time; fix requires Exchange 2000 SP3"
