New type of spam?

Until recently my ISP has done a good job of filtering spam, but now I get
spam with the subject line ending in a proper name. Is this a way of getting
around ISP filtering? If so, how does the trailing name accomplish it?

Hi,

You need to talk to them. Either their filters are working incorrectly
(likely), or they have changed something about how they work (less likely).
You can't get around it, as you only get to access it after their filters.

Much like viruses the rules for spam filters need to be continually updated
as spammers come up with new tricks to circumvent them. The spam filter we
use on our server get's rule updates at least once a week. All you can do is
contact your ISP at let them know.
