New tool bar

I have a new tool bar that just showed up on my browser
and it says MIRMAR Cutting Edge Features Coming Soon. I do
not know where this came from or how it got there. I am at
a loss on how to get rid of it. Can anybody help me? This
tool bar takes up quite a bit of space and I did not put
it there.

First eliminate any scumware.
