New to Windows 2000

I am trying to format my hard drive to clean it before i
start a fresh install of Windows 2000. However from what I
have read FDISK is no longer a feature with Windows 2000.
Can anyone help me with how I format my Hard Drive and
partion it?

You do this as part of the install process when you do a fresh install. Boot
from the W2K CD and you'll get a chance to partition and format as part of
the text mode setup routine that runs initially.
