Hi all, hope this is not too complicated.
Our organization (of over 6,000) is using Outlook with Exchange Server. My
team owns a resource (conference room) that is private. I initially had the
help desk set up the resource as private and restrict access to it solely to
my team members. However, our director got some phone calls about our
resource being private, and to quiet the dissenters we had to remove our
resource from calendar altogether.
As a team, we need a way to manage the schedule for this room. Is there
some way using Outlook that we can accomplish this outside of the exchange
server? We have a shared network drive our team uses, so if there's any way
to use free/busy or something like that, I'd love to hear ideas. Our team
also has control of a web server, which I believe is running IIS.
Thanks!
Richard
