new to access

i am working on a patient worksheet for a study for a
small business and was told to use access. I do not know
the best way to go about doing this. It's a 12 week
process with 20 patients, and i need to go week by week
for each patient, but in the end i need to be able to link
certain factors in each patient (i.e. week 7, each
patients blood pressure compared to week 2's). How do I go
about putting the necessary information in and how do I
link it altogether?
 
Are you asking how to use Access? If this is so, go to a
search engine and type in the version you are needing to
use, and you may get some good tutorials. It's much too
complicated to just explain in this small area...took me 6
weeks in class!
