new stup what power supply?

Hello all.

i have just bought a new setup for upgrade

Abit NF7S
AMD Barton xp2500
Connect 3d 9600 pro 128mb
2x256 mb twin mos pc3200


i also run 2 cd drives and 2 hard drives
v92 pci modem with Win xp

Question what power supply should i get to run it with?
is 300w enough or do i need 350w. i dont intend to overclock.

Worthless. A **QUALITY** 350W is way more than enough.
