new spellcheck error

I did the switch lauange back & fourth trick last week
fixed spellcheck till now - new problem.... error message

C:\Windows\System32\NLSData0009.dll is either not designed to run on
Windows or its contains an error. Try installing the program again using
the original installation media or contact your system administrator or
the software vendor for support

the switching of launguages has no effect - only english doesnt work..
plaese excuse my speeling - for obvious reasons!

Do you have or have you installed Office2007 retail or Trial version lately

no I have not - (Vista Ulitimate 64)
the only other software instaled "besides the OS"
at this time...
iview media pro - demo
capture one pro DB 3.7.6 - actual
disk keeper 2007 pro - demo
and nvidia grafic drivers 64bit
oh yea tired that funky dream Skapes thing...
uses way to much CPU for me - on mine machine anyway?

do they charge extra for the word Pro? just noticed that's used allot!
