Has anyone see the police using what looks like a camcorder?

Just goin up my road and he was standing out of car pointing at me. Didnt look like a laser at all more like a palmcorder. I think i was doin bout 38. He didnt pull me over just moved it away from face and looked at it as i passed CRAAAAAAAAAAP!!

There were two burly bearded police sargeants at the side of the road aiming a bazooka at me just outside Bexley last Thursday, that was a bit scary.
