new small windows

whenever IE needs to open a second window, it is either
very very small (2" square) or it is in the lower right
corner of my screen. Either way I have to expand the
window to be able to see it. This is a recent occurance
and I cannot figure out how to fix this. Any ideas??

Windows remembers the size of the last window closed so,
Close all windows EXCEPT the one that open "minimised"; right click on your
Task Bar, either on the open space on the right or left end (your choice);
select "Tile Windows Horizontally" and IE will maximise; close IE. Re-open
IE and it will be maximised.
