New Slide but not a Bullet List Layout

Using PowerPoint 2003
When I create a new slide, I do not want the Bullet List Slide Layout. I
want a Title slide for all slides. I work with chemical structures images
and need a blank slide to insert my images. I don't want to keep changing
the Slide Layout everytime I make a new slide. Can this be done?
