New Security Flaw and Update Patch - Please advise

According to a new bulletein I received today, there is yet another hole in
windows.

My question is version. I am running Win2kpro SP4, but they dont mention but
up to SP3. Can you tell me why that is?

Its a mistake, the patch will install just fine on SP4.

You can (and should) absolutely install the security patch on SP4 boxes.
