I am trying to download new security downloads for
Windows XP from www.Microsoft.com thru AOL(for new worm
and other viruses) and all the attempts at download fail.
What's going on???

Windows Update has issues with AOL.
Sign in to AOL.
Minimize AOL.
Start/Windows Update and follow the prompts.
