new security center doen'l allow access to KaZaa

since i updated to security center i cannot access KaZaa

Personally, I'd consider that a blessing.

Since you claim this is a site access issue, I'm dubious that the problem is
in the Security Center, rather it is in the security settings in Internet
Explorer. Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, select Internet Options, go
to the Security tab and try adjusting or lowering the security to a level
that allows access.
