New record from existing

Is it possible to open a form, go to a specific record, make some changes to
the record and then create a new record from the information on the form?
Any information/help will be appreciated....

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Only updated the
current record instead of creating a new one. Oh well, I'll keep
trying........Thanks again
