This is so amazing I have to post it here. I have never seen MSAS use so much memory on launch, 248MBs. Check out the screenshot:

It must be time to visit Aumha ER......... :)
 
I don't understand, how could spyware be associated with MSAS using so much
ram and taking so long to start up?

MSAS must be doing something, I have mine below 10MB as always.

In your picture we also see 50% CPU load.

So I recommend Aumha ER or a safe mode scan (full scan)
((perhaps twice)) ;)
