After installing a new pci video card into a compac presario desktop pc with onboard graphics I cannot make my screen come to life when attached to the new card. I have chosen to load from the PCI option at starup instead of the onboard option but it makes no diffference. The desktop reconizes the pci card when I install it and I can choose it as my display but when I reboot.....nothing on scree
Anyone got a good idea

thanks for any info....

Go into your bios setup on boot F1 or F2 I think and
check for somthing like primary video adapter AGP and
change it to PCI.

Thanks Tim,
Correct..it is F1 but the only option seems to be choose either onboard graphics or PCI....I will probably have to
contact Compaq support.
