I would like to add a page break in my report so that each record prints up
on a separate page.
How/Can I do that?

Thanks in advance

Rebecca S.

While in design view insert a page break at the bottom of your detail
section. The page break is one of the items in your "toolbox". it looks
like a form split in half with a little triangle to the left of the split.

You can accomplish the same and more reliably by grouping
the report on the unique field for each record and insert
a group header. Than on the group header band property
set the new page to before.
By putting the page break in the detail band you only get
a page break after the detail is finished which could
include several records.
Hope this helps.

Rick!
Thank you.. I feel so stupid! Just like in the forms.

I am pregnant.. I'm blaming this on baby brain!

Thank you, I will keep this in mind for future use, however what I need is
for each record to print out on a separate page because I am using as a form
letter.

Congratulations!!

Have you tried setting the detail section's ForceNewPage
property to Before Section?
