New 'Page Cannot be Displayed' error

I am using IE 6.0.2800.1106 xpsp2
I am having a problem reaching only certain pages. On the Microsoft website
I try to go the 'Support' link and receive the error message. I can get to
the Money home page; support but not the newsgroup.
I have tried everything I've been able to find here but too no avail.

Are you trying to access the newsgroups with IE or Outlook Express?

For IE did you try
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/default.mspx

It's better to set up a news account in OE for
msnews.microsoft.com
The server is free and does not require you to logon.

Frank, I have this same trouble just attempting to get to the Microsoft,

Do you have IE set to accept cookies?
