On your View menu, do you have the option to "Show filtered views in this
folder?" If you have Lookout installed, try uninstalling (or disabling it)
and try again.

| possible around Outlook, tools/options, view/toolbars, about
| outlook/disbled items, checked add-ins but just can't find the
| toolbar? I have also the "Lookout" add-in, do you think this may
