new outgoing mail hidden

One of our associates has Outlook 2003 and when she opens a new email to
write one, the new email opens BEHIND Outlook Window, so she has to minimize
it to get to the email she wants to write.

I cannot figure what is causing this. Also, if she tries to click the
toolbar button to bring it forward, it minimizes it instead. Nothing works
except minimizing Outlook.

Help.

This is a common symptom of Plaxo. Is she using it?
