New Outbox Problem

I am experiencing problems sending from Outbox. Have cleared Box with
WMUtil. Some emails send, others still stick, particularly "Forwards." When
keying "Send and Receive" a "Dial Up Connection" box shows up asking to
"Select the Service You Want To Connect To." The choice is " Broadband
Connection (Default.") It then states it is "Dialing Attempt 1" and soforth.
When I "Cancel" box and it disappears mail does not send. I have no "Dial Up"
checked or specified anywhere, either Mail or Internet and connect through a
Wireless Network. This has all happened out of the blue as was working fine
'til now. Any suggestions as to how to get rid of box and get mail to send
would be appreciated.

Go to Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties, Connection,
make sure everything in that Connection screen is grayed out,
which means it will use the connection settings in Internet Explorer.

Next, go to Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Connections,
the Dial-up and VPN settings should be grayed out, meaning it
will use the currently active broadband connection.

If this does not solve the problem, create a new mail account,
with the same settings as the old account, then delete the old
account. The old account may have become corrupted.
