New option: when to run Quick scan

My computer is not always on at a certain time every day. I would like the
option at 'Time of Day' under 'Options' to be able to select 'When computer
is idle' instead of a fixed time. This also goes for every other microsoft
scanning program.

Good idea... sort of. The problem is my computer was idle while I was
reading your post, and when I went to get a cup of coffee five minutes ago.
