... anyone else should be ok

Uninstalled 81.94 and installed these. I swear my image is crisper, sharper, better.

The Nvidia graphics control panel is now within the main Windows control panel.

I applied the Coolbits hack and it doesn't really work anymore. The only option you have now is to select 'Automatic Overclocking' and you can't actually see clock speeds. This is not good

And the layout of the control panel is completely different, going to take a little getting used to.

I got a fx 5200

everytime I keep forgetting are these okay for me?

and what to do again?

uninstall drivers from add/remove programs
and unistall device from device manager

restart and resintall using new drivers
is that right?

The new drivers are ok for a 5200

Assuming you using XP, go to control panel, select 'Add/Remove Hardware'

Select Remove Nvidia Drivers

From Sub menu, select it so you have choice of which drivers to remove

Select Video Drivers

Remove them

Reboot

Marvel at how crap your display looks :)

Install new drivers

Reboot

Open Display properties, set resolution and refresh rate for your monitor

Sit back, sigh, and be impressed at how purdy things look

oops

You know, I've only ever done it that way once ... I'm not saying you shouldn't do it that way, it is what nVidia say to do, but I just install over the top after turning off my AV. ;)

Finally got round to installing these.

Coolbits worked fine for me and i changed the view back to classic, like how it was in the 81.94's.

Goto View> use classic control panel. :thumb:

That way its all as it was. :)
