New nforce2 drivers 2.45 and A7N8X Deluxe

Anyone else experienced problems with these? The install hangs on the
audio drivers at 72%. Had to use system restore to get out of the
resulting mess. Is there some special way to install?
Thanks.
 
I am using an asus display driver, so perhaps this is the problem
(despite the install hanging on the installing audio drivers screen).
However I do not want the nvidia display driver - is there a way
around to exclude the nv display driver from the unified install?
