Uhmmmmm, I'm reading this via cis.dfn ........ on the dark continent.

Actually I'm reading this via news. cis.cfn.de too and I'm in the US. I'll
stick with it until they kick me off. ;)

And so do I, at times, but the point I tried to make originally (and
failed) was that _new_ users should use the "news.individual.net" domain
if they are outside .de.
