New MSN Folder

Some time ago I felt the need (which I now regret) to
create a new Folder on MSN. This is the easiest thing in
Windows XP to do. Deleting it, on the other hand,
appears to be virtually impossible, even though it is
empty. I know that one of the regular question answerers
can solve this problem. I look forward to enlightenment.
