Installed a new motherboard with processor. XP trys
loading goes to safe mode, than reboots to safe mode
again. How can I fix this problem?

New motherboards and proccesors can often me tricky.
I woudl try to get hold of your XP cd, and run Windows
Repair...

The reason your computer goes into safe mode is because its loading the drivers from your hard drive that belonged to your previous motherboard and bios. You may need to delete these drivers in safe mode and let windows re-install them, or use the disk that came with each component.

Greetings --

Normally, and assuming a retail license (many OEM licenses are not
transferable to a new motherboard), unless your motherboard is
virtually identical (same chipset, same IDE controllers, same BIOS
version, etc.) to the one on which the other WinXP installation was
originally performed, you'll need to perform a repair (a.k.a. in-place
upgrade) installation, at the very least:

As always when undertaking such a significant change, back up any
important data before starting.

This will also require re-activation. If it's been more than 120
days since you last activated that specific Product Key, you'll most
likely be able to activate via the internet without problem. If it's
been less, you might have to make a 5 minute phone call.

.
Have you tried to hit f8 right before xp tries to boot? If
not then do that and select boot normally. If so then you
probably have to format the harddrive and start fresh. You
usually have to do this with motherboard upgrades.
