I bought a new motherboard for my media center PC and I'm literally
installing it in my case now and hooking up all my cards and cables.

It occurs to me *now* that I don't have a wireless card. *LOL*. I
guess I should have considered this when I was ordering my other parts
and bought a cheap one. My old MB had one built in and I don't think I
can reuse it.

I do have a Wii sitting right next to where the media center PC will
go when I'm done. Can I run an ethernet cable between the two and have
the PC piggyback off the the Wii's wifi connection via ethernet?

Go buy a wireless card.

I have a wireless card on order, however, it will be a few days.

That said, when I first boot into windows I'm going to need to be able
to update drivers. Is there any way to piggyback the internet
connection off the Wii?

router surely?

Yeah, I have a wireless router. Upstairs in the spare bedroom where
the cable modem is installed. I also have a HTPC that I plug into my
TV. I don't own a seperate monitor anymore. The TV is in my
livingroom, downstairs from the spare bedroom.

No one has said "yes", so I guess the wii can't share its connection
with the PC. I'll wait for the wireless card to be shipped.
