Been 2 years since I bought a p4b-f, time to upgrade. What I'm looking for
generally:

-Asus motherboard with Intel chipset (obviously for a P4)
-single cpu
-2gig ram capability
-sata raid capabilities
-easy to turn off onboard sound/video (heh) or better yet none at all.
-compatibility with the latest and greatest power hungry ATI/Nvidia cards
-OC stability is not an issue with me. Will run at default clock speeds.

Does Intel make anything like this in their mobo line? If I don't get another
Asus board Intel brand motherboards are on my radar also.

Suggestions and links welcome, and thank-you!
