Filename video.exe offered up while surfing videos. Looking at the
"description" under 'properties' it says "vnetsniffer application" seems
suspicious in the way it was offered as well as the type of application.

Almost certainly a fakealert & downloader. The version-info resource
is not meaningful, since they put any old stuff in there.

Hmmm, not very sophisticated.
