A client is having a problem where new mail is not available until they
either refresh or click on their inbox, calendar or anything else in
outlook. However if I open their mailbox from my outlook, I can view mail
coming in immediately. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Is there a router or a switch configured with VLANs between this person's
computer and the Exchange server?

yes, however she is the only one with the problem. No other users are
having this problem. It has to be a client side problem, right?
Thanks

Generally the problem is that the router/VLANs are blocking the requisite
UDP packets....which would affect everyone on that network segment. Are you
*sure* she's the only one with the problem?
