Outlook 2003
I have a lot of rules setup to route incoming mail to the appropriate
folders. This works nicely but it also means I do not get new mail
notifications, these are only triggered for new mail in the inbox (and that
sucks). I want to tell Outlook whether I want to be disturbed for new mail on
a per folder basis.
So now I end up checking the favorite folder Unread Mail a lot by
double-clicking the tray icon and minimizing Outlook again when there's no
new mail (making it dock back into the tray). Doing so brings on another
need: double-clicking the tray icon while Outlook is visible should hide it
again so I don't have to row all the way up to the minimize button or press
Alt+Space N.
