When one clicks Actions -> New Letter to Contact in
Outlook, Word opens and sends you to the Letter Wizard. I
would like to skip the Wizard and go to a pre-formatted
letter - I know the style and format of the letter, but I
need to write the body of the letter.
Ideally, I would like to include this on the Outlook Menu
(like "Actions -> My Letter"), or, even better, have a
button that I could click and automatically generate the
letter.
Can anyone help?
