New junk

My Windows Mail has suddenly decided to classify several senders as junk,
although I've been getting email from them, without a change, for years. Any
ideas how this can happen, and how I can fix it? Thanks.

Are those senders listed in your Contacts? If so, go to Tools,
Junk E-mail Options, Safe Senders, and check the first box.
If they are not Contacts, add them to the Safe Senders list.
Also, make sure you haven't accidentally added them to
the Blocked Senders list.

These are senders in my contacts, they've been emailing me a long time. They
are marked as safe, but when the system identifies them as junk I always go
into junk options and click on add sender and add domain to safe senders,
just to make sure something didn't get deleted somehow. And they keep
getting whacked again and again as junk. This is a brand new problem, never
had this happening before. Thanks for the reply.

You didn't verify whether they were listed under Blocked Senders.
That status overrides everything else.
