New IrfanView 3.95

Bob, I received the following from a friend whom I had informed of the
update:

But the file download you get from TuCows is 3.95"

The tucows site shows *me* 3.95, for the application and plug-ins, I have
both installed, but I still am unable to reach the IrfanView page, I get:
