New Install

I am moving my development from one machine to another. On the first machine,
on the Start Page, I have options for

Open: Project | Website
Create: Project | Website

but the new machine does not have the Website option. I thought I installed
EVERYTHING from the DVD. When I reinsert the install DVD it says I have
everything. What did I miss?

Possibly the layout option the first time you started VS 2005? Try this to
fix it...

Tools->Import and Export Settings...
In the dialog, choose Reset All Settings -> Next
Save or don't save your current settings as you wish -> Next
Select General Development Settings -> Finish

Your | Website options should now appear.
