New Install, Word send error report pops up

I just re-installed Office XP onto my computer (running
WinXP).

I started up Outlook and if I take any action (from
clicking Send/Receive to changing a setting) the send
error report pop-up comes up for Microsoft Word. I've
tried sending the error report and not sending it, but it
keeps coming up...and eventually the Outlook send error
report pop-up comes up.

HELP!
